How did it all begin?
The seeds for BrightMerge were planted years ago.
In 2005, BrightMerge's co-founder and CEO at the time, Daniel Schwab, was working on renewable energy projects in South Africa. He saw first-hand that while developing renewable energy sources was the way forward to a more sustainable future, it was an expensive and complicated process, heavily data-driven but lacking automation.
Daniel soon recognized that renewable energy project developers needed better digital solutions using data science and automation, and so the seed for Brightmerge was planted.
Today, BrightMerge is turning that realization into a reality through its data-driven, decision-making platform for optimizing and verifying the performance of advanced renewable energy microgrid systems to support Electric Vehicle Fleet charging.
